Diabetes Mellitus merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang hingga saat ini masih menjadi penyebab kematian dunia dengan peningkatan prevalensi yang signifikan setiap tahunnya. Tingginya angka prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu faktor yang dapat diubah dan faktor yang tidak dapat diubah. Edukasi menjadi salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus. Malalui edukasi diharapkan pengetahuan masyarakat akan meningkat sehigga terjadi perubahan perilaku untuk terhindar dari penyakit diabetes. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Klinik Sido Waras pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2023 dengan sasaran anggota prolanis di wilayah kerja Klinik Sido Waras yang berusia lebih dari 30 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan intervensi.
